Thank tou for the feedback, much appreciated, there are always different types of sandwich fillings in the fridge and freezer and patient can use when ever they wish to. Patients are to ask staff if their preference is not available and staff will do their best to support them.

Rolls as an option during lunch and dinner would be nice if you don't want the main meal.
Suggested improvements
Rolls added to mealtimes as an option.
Would be nice to have liver and onions on the menu every now and then. Pork chops also.
Egg, bacon and sausages added to menu also.
Sausage and mash more.

Improvement We have all the above mention on our menu and you may have to check and chose them. Also you can make advance request any time you would want them and it will be added to our order. I would like this place to grow as an open rehab centre and be the best it can. I cannot see anything that we can do to make it better.

I would the communal lounges to have sky tv.
It would also be good for the unit to have a Netflix account as we enjoy watching movies and TV shows together.

Satisfaction: Thank you for the feedback, We are an open rehab and one of our objectives is to Support and empower our patient to be able live independent lives in the community as much as possible. Improvement: Due to saafety reasons we currently have no Netflix ans Sky but this will be discussed with the dirrectors to know the way forward regarding the Netflix and the Sky
